You are welcome to ask for your desired Pergola size.
Step 2: Selection of materials
The choice of Pergola materials is really simple.
- Our 100x100mm brackets accommodate dressed lumber, best used for 95x95mm wood. Bracket size Inside (interior) is 94mmx94mm, so we recommend to sand the tip of 95x95mm lumber a little bit, so it fits perfectly, so that bracket is properly used. In some cases even 95x95mm lumber fits perfectly, it depends where you get your wood.
- Our 150x150mm brackets accommodate dressed lumber, best used for 145x145mm wood. Bracket size Inside (interior) is 144mmx144mm, so we recommend to sand the tip of 145x145mm lumber a little bit, so it fits perfectly, so that bracket is properly used. In some cases even 145x145mm lumber fits perfectly, it depends where you get your wood.
The best type of wood to use is pressure treated (impregnated) dry and straight lumber, in the correct cut, you choose for your build. Do keep in mind some wood such as pressure treated retains a lot more moisture and sap and can take some amount of time to dry out completely, but it will definitely extend longevity.

Step 3: Choosing a color
We offer customers to choose one of the standard color tones, and it is also possible to mix any desired tone according to the color catalogs. Each Pergola beam is painted twice before it is installed and once after. In other cases, it is painted one more time to achieve the desired tone.
We use oils for wood if you want to see wood structure and covering color, if you don't want to see wood structure. Weatherproof oils/colors that protect wood against the effects of weather conditions, which soaks well into the surface. It gives the surface hydrophobic and dirt-repellent qualities, improves wear resistance, accentuates and preserves the natural texture of the wood. It contains active substances that prevent the spread of mold and aquatic plants on the surface.
Brackets are in black RAL9005 color, but if someone want's different color, it can also be ordered.
Pergola frame structure
We assemble Pergolas only from sertified C24 pressure-impregnated (3-class) timber, C24 is a certified material intended for load-bearing structures, the material has the greatest strength. Pressure treated lumber is slightly more expensive than untreated wood, but greatly extends the longevity of the wood and reduces potential risks of biological damage.
