Shipping Policy

Delivery Areas We ship to all European Union countries.

Delivery Timeframes Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location within the EU.

Shipping Carriers We ship via Omniva and DPD. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.

Shipping Costs Standard shipping rates apply at checkout. Orders over €400 qualify for free shipping.

Order Processing Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Returns & Return Shipping If you wish to return an item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. For return instructions, please contact us before sending any items back.
